4. Products and Descriptions
4.1 We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, weights, purities, and specifications listed on our Website are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, or natural characteristics of precious metals and gemstones.
4.2 All weights and purities stated for bullion products are provided by the manufacturer and are accurate to industry standards. We do not accept liability for minor discrepancies that fall within internationally accepted tolerance levels.
4.3 We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or update any product listing at any time without prior notice.
4.4 Images of products are for illustrative purposes only. Coin years, finishes, and packaging may vary from those depicted.
5. Pricing
5.1 All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Investment Gold VAT Exemption: Under UK legislation, qualifying investment gold products (gold bars and coins meeting HMRC purity thresholds) are exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT). This exemption is applied automatically at checkout where applicable.
5.3 Silver and Other Products: Silver bullion and jewellery are subject to standard UK VAT at the prevailing rate, which is included in the displayed price.
5.4 Live Pricing: Prices for bullion products (gold bars, gold coins, silver bars) are linked to live precious metal market rates and may change at any time without notice. The price you pay will be the price confirmed at the time your Order is accepted and payment is processed.
5.5 We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our Website. If an Order is placed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your Order with a full refund.
5.6 Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed separately at checkout and are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.
6. Ordering
6.1 By placing an Order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products subject to these Terms.
6.2 After placing an Order, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement that we have received your Order — it does not constitute our acceptance or form a binding Contract.
6.3 A legally binding Contract is formed only when we send you a separate Dispatch Confirmation email confirming that your Order has been processed and your Products have been dispatched.
6.4 We reserve the right to decline or cancel any Order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where:
- A product is out of stock or no longer available
- A pricing error has occurred
- We are unable to verify your identity or payment details
- An Order appears to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms
6.5 If we cancel your Order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 5 business days.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment is required in full at the time of placing your Order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
7.2 All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
7.3 By submitting payment, you confirm that you are the authorised cardholder or account holder and that the payment details provided are correct.
7.4 In the event of a failed or disputed payment, your Order will not be processed. We reserve the right to cancel any Order where payment cannot be successfully verified.
7.5 For large orders, we may require additional identity verification before processing. We will contact you by email if this applies to your Order.
8. Delivery
8.1 We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. For international delivery enquiries, please contact us directly before placing an Order.
8.2 Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including postal strikes, courier delays, extreme weather, or other force majeure events.

8.4 Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout prior to payment.
8.5 Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting the package upon receipt. Any visible damage to packaging must be noted with the courier and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
8.6 If your delivery fails or is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
8.7 Title (legal ownership) in the Products passes to you only upon receipt of full cleared payment.
9. Returns, Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
9.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch: You may request cancellation of your Order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at [email protected] or calling 0161 224 0589. We will endeavour to action cancellation requests promptly, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an Order has been processed for dispatch.
9.2 Investment Bullion Products — Important Notice: Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial markets which cannot be controlled by the trader. As bullion products (gold bars, gold coins, silver bars, and similar precious metal products) are priced according to live market rates, these products are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.
9.3 Jewellery and Non-Bullion Products: For jewellery and non-bullion items, you have the right to cancel your Order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing within 14 days. You must return the items unused, in their original packaging and condition, at your own cost. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
9.4 Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs, in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9.5 Custom and Bespoke Items: Bespoke or custom-designed jewellery items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as described.
9.6 To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where relevant.

10.3 We reserve the right to decline to purchase any item at our sole discretion.
10.4 Payment for items sold to us will be made by bank transfer within an agreed timeframe confirmed at the time of sale.
10.5 By selling items to us, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the items and that they are free from any charge, lien, or third-party claim.

12.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with your Order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Products in question.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
12.4 We do not provide investment advice. The purchase of precious metals carries inherent financial risk, and the value of your investment may go down as well as up. Nothing on our Website constitutes financial advice, and you should seek independent financial guidance before making investment decisions.

17.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
17.4 Third Parties: These Terms do not confer any rights on any third party.
17.5 Force Majeure: We shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, government actions, postal strikes, or telecommunications failure.
